We have been trying one new recipe every week or so. This week was meatball tortilla soup from the Oct 2011 issue of Cooking Light, you can find the recipe here. A nice smoky heat and very yummy!
I came home on my birthday to a shiny new Cricut Expression 2! It has some great features that let you cut much thicker materials. I can't wait to put this to the test!
